Eyeliner

Simply lining your eyes is so passé and seems pretty boring in today’s day and age of advancing fashion. Pimp up your eyes using creative tricks with these fun ways to wear eyeliner for loads of drama and oodles of style.

Simple Smudge
For a toned down smokey eye look that is more subtle but not less sexy is the simple smudge technique. Just take a black kohl pencil and line your upper lids as well as the inside of your lower lash line from the inner to the outer corner. After that, draw a line along your  lower lash line that joins with the upper line at the corner. Take a flat angled brush and smudge around the entire eye until you are satisfied with the amount of smokiness. Get ready to get that smoulder on!

Winged With A Bold Lower Lash
Classic winged eyes became a hot favourite with girls everywhere perfecting those angled flicks but let’s not forget those lower lashes. Pair your winged eyes with darkly lined, bold lower lashes and a generous layer of mascara for a high-voltage look. Another style you can try is to create dots between your lower lashes for a fun style that will definitely turn heads.

Black and White
An extremely different but super hot style to try is to play around with black and white. Begin with lining your upper lash line starting from the middle till the outer corner and lining your entire lower lash line from inner to outer corner. Next, apply white eye shadow from the inner corner to the point when your black liner begins and use your finger to swipe it slightly over the black for a shaded effect. This is definitely on our must-try list this weekend.

Double Wings
An edgy twist to the usual winged eye look is the double winged tip which looks fab and is so wearable. Once you have created the usual wing on your upper eye, in the same way draw a winged tip from the outer corner of your lower eye. Make sure that it is parallel to the upper wing. Line your lower lash and connect both the tips by filling in the meeting point of the 2 wings at your outer eye. It sure is a gorgeous style that will garner plenty of attention.

Mystical Eye Shadow
Use this smudged-winged eye shadow technique for a mesmerizing effect when you really want your eyes to do all the talking. Take an eye shadow of your choice as long as it’s not a very light shade, and apply it across your lids. Then, from the middle of your eyelid extend a line across your brow bone till below the tip of your eyebrow and descend downwards in a slanted line till the outer corner of your eye. Line your lower lashes with your eye shadow before smudging the shadow on the top and bottom of your eyes.  Use black eyeliner on top of the shadow on your upper and lower eyes for definition. Lastly, use white shadow along the inner corner of your eyes to make them pop. Viola, you look a mystical creature straight out of a dream. You’re welcome!

High Drama Wings
Add a bit of colour and loads more drama to your ordinary wings by starting with a bright and colourful eye shadow on your lids before applying your eyeliner. Create winged tips that go up to your crease and extend a line across your crease that is parallel to your lash line. This bold look can elevate any ordinary outfit to sensational.
